Shipping

All of our items sold on eBay are imported from the USA or UK. Since our items are imported we require a total of 8 - 15 Business Days to deliver the product to you. We’ll ship the item out within 10 days of purchase and provide you with a docket number within that time-frame, so that you can track the status of your item.

Warranty

We provide a one year Dealer Warranty for all items listed on eBay. The warranty covers any repairs or replacements (dead on arrival) required within One Year from the date of purchase. We'll have item pickup from your location free of charge, and arrange for the repair/ replacement within a stipulated time-frame. Please note this warranty does NOT cover any external damage incurred by the buyer and is effective until One Year after the date of purchase.

Return Policy 

10 Day Replacement Guarantee 

All products sold on ShopYourWorld are covered under a 10 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you inform us on delivery or within 10 days from the date of delivery, we will schedule a pick-up from your registered address. Once we have received the item in its original condition and packaging, we will inspect the issue and have the product replaced for you without any additional costs.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

- Damages due to misuse of product.

- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
